Structura Investment Uno Sombor

This industrial complex for the upper parts of footwear production is in southeast Sombor. It consists of 7 buildings, arranged in a circular direction, connected by a covered circular corridor.

Oktopaz led construction supervision on this project. We have covered the areas of architecture, building structures and materials, energy efficiency, fire safety, landscaping, water supply and sewage, and electrical and thermo-technical building services.

The complex contains an administrative building with a development centre, next to which there is a production and storage space. In addition, it consists of 5 independent production buildings and an auditorium. There are several auxiliary buildings, among which is the porter’s lodge.

The unusual architecture of the complex represents a design refresh compared to the typical appearance of industrial buildings.

Building a kindergarten for employees’ children and business apartments on the plot is possible.
