CTP Kac, Phase 2

The partnership between Oktopaz and CTP continued with the construction of the second phase of an industrial complex in Kac, near Novi Sad. Previously, we completed the first phase of this complex for Lianbo, a renowned Chinese company that manufactures parts for automobile engines.

Oktopaz rendered construction supervision, developed a safety plan, and coordinated health and safety at work. We oversaw architecture, building structures, materials, energy efficiency, fire safety, water supply, sewerage, electrical systems, and HVAC building services.

The building is irregularly rectangular and functionally divided into three parts. Freight vehicle access docks are on the south and north facades. The building is a one-storey for the most part. Each unit has its administrative area spanning two floors.

There are three entrances on the ground floor, each with an entrance hall and a staircase to the first floor. The remaining ground floor space is for production or storage, with technical rooms like the boiler room, substation, compressor station, and sprinkler valve station.

On the first floor are administrative rooms with accompanying and auxiliary facilities: cloakrooms with sanitary blocks and distribution canteens with kitchenettes.

The complex also includes a porter’s lodge, supporting facilities, roads, and parking lots.

Both phases of the industrial complex jointly span over 57,000 gross square metres.
