Our client, Delhaize Serbia, is a Serbian supermarket chain headquartered in Belgrade.
An existing store in the residential building in New Belgrade, Mileve Maric Ajnstajn Street 80, has been renovated per the client’s requirements. The client’s detailed standards achieved a higher degree of functionality and a new image of the sales space.
Within its construction supervision, Oktopaz strictly controlled the adherence to the standards, quality, performed quantities, and compliance of agreed unit prices with additional works.
The facility’s primary function is retailing food and household items, such as supermarkets. Planned is a line with a bakery, ready meals, and delicacies.
The materialisation of the interior space includes the broadest range of materials for substructures and coverings of floors, walls, and ceilings.
Floors: ceramics, laminate, acid-resistant ceramics, and epoxy antistatic floor.
The contractor used plasterboard, polyurethane thermal panels, semi-dispersive paint, and aluminium sheet coating for the walls.
Ceilings: suspended modular mineral ceiling, plasterboard cascade crossings, and polyurethane panel ceiling.
The doors consist of anodised aluminium. Technical rooms have fire doors.
Reconstruction of hydraulic installations includes water supply, hydrant network, and sewerage.
Reconstruction of electrical building services includes facility power supply, an electrical cabinet, uninterruptible power supply from UPS devices, and reactive energy compensation. Perforated cable trays carry wires.
Lighting combines several LED lamps, depending on the sales area’s position or purpose of the additional room.
The burglar alarm system includes magnetic contact, glass breakage detectors, and motion detectors. The manager’s office hosts the alarm control panel.
The sound and notification system is controlled from the manager’s office and includes sales and business premises.
The installation of video surveillance includes sales and warehouse space.
Automatic optical fire detectors provide the installation of fire detection and alarm.
HVAC includes heating and cooling using the VRV system. Auxiliary rooms host electric radiators.
A preheated fresh air supply provides ventilation for the sales area, preparation area, and additional rooms. An independent ventilation system of the bakery is provided, with air exhaust. There is an air curtain at the entrance to the sales area.
