Magna Seating Aleksinac, Phase 2

Magna Seating, a major Canadian automotive supplier and our esteemed client has chosen to expand its production facility in Aleksinac. Our previous collaboration involved supporting the facility’s construction and installing a canopy.

The enduring partnership between Magna Seating and Oktopaz persists in this venture. Oktopaz took charge of construction supervision for the project, crafting a comprehensive safety plan and overseeing health & safety coordination. Our supervision spanned architecture, building structures, materials, energy efficiency, fire safety, water & sewerage, electrical building services, and HVAC.

The expansion encompasses a production hall and a porter’s lodge, with the additional part of the office transforming into an infirmary for employees and citizens alike.

The hall extension meets worker needs, creating a functional integration with the existing facility. The production area spans the entire extension, continuing the ground-floor production. A gallery space, constructed as a reinforced concrete prefabricated structure, adds to the extension’s features.
