Oktopaz provides new construction supervision in Sombor, in the north of Serbia. It is an industrial complex for producing the upper parts of footwear, built by our client Structura Investment Uno. Eight hundred fifty workers will find a job in the completed facility.
This industrial complex consists of 9 facilities to be built in 4 phases. On this occasion, the first 2 phases of work are ongoing. The buildings are arranged in a row, radially, which creates an interesting architectural form, unusual for the somewhat rigid standards of industrial buildings. The facilities are technologically interconnected. The structural system consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete.
