Our new client, Fresenius Medical Care (FMC), specialises in products and services for people with chronic kidney disease. They are the world’s leading provider of dialysis products and services. FMC operates in over 120 countries and offers treatments like dialysis, home dialysis, and intensive care.
FMC has decided to refurbish and upgrade their production facility in Vrsac. They have entrusted Oktopaz with construction supervision and health & safety coordination.
The project encapsulates building a new floor and creating production rooms in the former high-bay warehouse. Changes will include new partition walls and platforms. Furthermore, the contractor will install auxiliary equipment on galleries and platforms to serve the new rooms.
Our responsibilities cover supervising architecture, building materials, water supply, sewerage, fire safety, electrical systems, and mechanical installations. Having developed a safety plan, Oktopaz also coordinates health and safety measures.
We look forward to completing this project for a well-known client in the pharmaceutical industry.
