We continue our successful cooperation with CTP on a project in Kac near Novi Sad, where this Dutch company is building a business and warehouse facility. It will store consumer goods.
The base of the building is rectangular. The contractor will construct truck access docks at the longitudinal facades. The building is one-story, except for the parts near the entrance, containing a gallery. The gallery houses admin rooms, with accompanying social areas for employees. Together with auxiliary buildings, the gross construction area is over 24,000 square meters.
On this project, Oktopaz renders construction supervision and health & safety coordination. The engineering and professional disciplines we provide are architecture, building materials & structures, water supply & sewerage, fire safety, medium & low voltage electrical systems, heating, ventilation & air conditioning, and health & safety.
